While I will not be selling my wonderful baked goods at this FUN Brooklyn Night Bazaar, I will be spinning some pretty sweet tunes between the bands and before James goes on. Midnight Magic, Poolside and The Crystal Ark will be performing live.

Back to getting on with life as we know it. But, thanks to TOPSHOP for having me spin on FNO. Congrats to the UNITED BAMBOO team for another great show and a stellar party I produced. Lastly, thanks to MEAN RED and RCRD LBL for asking me to spin at the CRYSTAL CASTLES show. All in all, it was a fun time!

At times I’m lucky enough to work with my friends. And while this particular event has come and gone, I still have to share it with all of you. THE RAPTURE and I have not worked with one another since Fall 2002. The first time I booked them as a live band was for the now defunct MOTHERFUCKER PARTY. In celebration of their new LP on DFA RECORDS, I threw a private party for them and they graced friends and family with an intimate live set at LE BAIN. Nine years later and they still have it!

It was…a night to remember.

Planned Parenthood has been a support system for many women in the USA as well as in my hometown of New York City. Return the favor by attending their fundraiser tonight! It really is an honor to DJ this event.

I will be whipping out some rare 12″s and Manchester classics at the Joy Division/New Order night @ Trophy Bar in Brooklyn tomorrow night. Not only is it the 2 year anniversary of this party but it’s also the death of Ian Curtis. We will not be sobbing, no, no…we will be celebrating this innovative artists music and life.
